Chief Business Officer: This individuals' duties will include managing an $11,000,000 budget, maintaining the insurance portfolio, oversees the business functions of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Capital Planning and Chart of Accounts and General Ledger. Is also responsible for inventory control, facility plant maintenance and usage, housekeeping and food service. Will provide leadership in the tuition rate approval process and Uniform Financial Reporting. Maintains all business accounts, active loans, lines of credit, leases and financial agreements. Monitors cash flow, prepares ratio analysis and provides financial reports. The ideal candidate will have an MBA with accounting credentials. Must be computer literate in Peachtree Accounting, Excel, Word and Access. Specific business experience in a Massachusetts Chapter 766 approved private school preferred.


Nurse: Looking for a an RN or LPN to dispense medications and handle general health related issues with our student population. Involvement as a member of a multi-disciplinary treatment team is essential. Per diem and part and full time work is available.


Plant Administrator: This individual will supervise and work with the maintenance staff in all aspects of facility, grounds, HVAC and vehicle maintenance. Includes minor to major repairs, painting, ongoing preventive maintenance, mowing, snow removal, driveway repair and related contract services. Keeps parts and supplies on hand to support ongoing needs. Helps develop capital needs list, machinery replacement schedules and renovation planning. Previous plant management experience preferred.


Director of Nursing Services: Seeking an experienced professional to administer the nusing program. Must be able to work in a multi-disciplinary environment and maintain a high standard of client care. Will oversee the infection control program, be responsible for policy development and participate in ongoing training and orientation inservices. Will supervise about 8 staff and work closely with other department heads, families, outside agencies and the medical community. This position requires a Bachelors degree in Nursing and five years of management experience in the delivery of nursing services.
